3. Financing & Payment Terms

3.1 Financing options are subject to approval by banks or financial institutions.
3.2 United Motors ISB is not responsible for delays or rejections in financing approvals.
3.3 Full payment must be made before delivery unless financing arrangements are confirmed.

4. Warranty & After-Sales Service

4.1 All vehicles come with a manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the terms set by the manufacturer.
4.2 Any after-sales service is provided at our authorized service center only.
4.3 Warranty claims may be denied if the vehicle has been misused, altered, or serviced at unauthorized workshops.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 Customers must provide accurate information during booking, purchase, or financing applications.
5.2 Customers are responsible for timely payment of installments, insurance, and taxes.
5.3 Test drives and vehicle handling are at the customer’s own risk, subject to submission of valid identification.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 United Motors ISB shall not be liable for:

  • Delays in vehicle delivery due to external factors.

  • Financial losses arising from financing arrangements.

  • Damages caused by misuse, negligence, or third-party services.
    6.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the vehicle.
